This study was conducted to investigate phenotypic and genetic differentiation among the four Nguni sheep breeds. Sheep with two permanent incisors and above were sampled from areas, namely KwaZulu-Natal (Zulu sheep), Limpopo (Pedi sheep), Mozambique (Landim sheep) and Swaziland (Swazi sheep).
