INTRODUCTION: Dravet syndrome (DS) is one of the most intractable forms of epilepsy that begins in infancy. This syndrome is characterized by beginning with complex febrile seizures (FS) in a healthy infant and progresses to refractory epilepsy with psychomotor regression.
