PURPOSE: To estimate the effects of BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations on ovarian cancer and breast cancer survival. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN: We searched PubMed and EMBASE for studies that evaluated the associations between BRCA mutations and ovarian or breast cancer survival.
