Allele frequencies and forensically relevant population statistics of 22 short tandem repeat (STR) loci were determined from 303 unrelated Estonian individuals. The samples were amplified with three kits: the AmpFlSTR(®) Identifiler, the PowerPlex(®) ESI 16 and the PowerPlex(®) 16.
