AIM: VNTR-typing of Vibrio cholerae strains isolated in the territory of Russian Federation in 2012. MATERIALS AND METHODS: 71 Vibrio cholerae O3 and 3 V cholerae O1/O139 strains were used in the study. Genotyping was performed by using PCR for 5 VNTR-loci.
