A high-density single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array containing 62 163 markers was employed for a genome-wide association study (GWAS) to identify variants associated with lean meat in ham (LMH, %) and lean meat percentage (LMP, %) within a porcine Large White×Minzhu intercross population.
