BACKGROUND: "Himalayan P waves," are reported in congenital heart disease and cardiomyopathies. METHODS: We report a family with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, Himalayan P waves, extensive focal right atrial wall thickening and left ventricular hypertrabeculation/noncompaction (LVHT).
