Abstract excerpt
Nineteen human fetal brains ranging from 9-23 weeks of gestation were examined immunocytochemically for evidence of glial and neuronal differentiation. Radial glia were positive for vimentin and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) throughout the age range.
