During the diagnostic investigation of 750 acute leukemias, nine cases were morphologically, cytochemically, and phenotypically undifferentiated. In seven of these cases the blasts were class II+, CD34+ and TdT+, in one were class II+, TdT+, CD7+ while in the remaining leukemia blasts expressed class II only.
