Cartilage hair hypoplasia is a genetic disease, characterized by generalized metaphyseal dysplasia mainly affecting the knee joints. Variable extraskeletal features like anemia, malabsorption, impaired spermatogenesis, impaired immunity, and malignancies have been reported.
