Fanconi- Bickel Syndrome (FBS) is a rare type of glycogen storage disease (GSD) Characterized by hepatomegaly, proximal renal tubular acidosis (RTA) and marked growth retardation. We report a case of FBS presenting with diabetic ketoacidosis and transient neonatal diabetes.
