We report a nosocomial outbreak of urinary tract infection by extremely drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, susceptible only to colistin. Infection in three patients followed urodynamic studies. Two of the three patients were children, one of whom also developed urosepsis. The investigation led to detection of contaminated pressure transducers.
