Cardio-facio-cutaneous syndrome (CFCS) is a multiple congenital anomaly disorder characterized by craniofacial features, cardiac defects, ectodermal anomalies and neurocognitive delay. Clinical findings of patients with CFCS show similarities to those of patients with Costello Syndrome (CS).
