OBJECTIVE: Studies on prenatal testing for Down syndrome (trisomy 21), trisomy 18, and trisomy 13 by massively parallel shotgun sequencing (MPSS) of circulating cell free DNA have been, for the most part, limited to singleton pregnancies.
