A comparative study of ITS-2 rDNA of the nematodes of the genera Orloffia, Ostertagia, Teladorsagia, and Trichostrongylus was performed. The obtained results allow us to consider Orloffia, Ostertagia, and Teladorsagia as closely related but distinct genera.
