We compared results of MIC and disk susceptibility tests on Haemophilus test medium (HTM) and those on comparative media. Ampicillin MICs were determined with seven ampicillin-resistant, non-beta-lactamase-producing (AmprNBLP) isolates by using HTM and supplemented brain heart infusion (sBHI) agar.
