In this study, we describe the clinical and radiological phenotype of two patients with a rare skeletal dysplasia type al Gazali. The phenotype is characterized by brachycephaly, flat face, hypertelorism, low-set ears, hypertrichosis, hypoplastic thorax, as well as short extremities with brachydactyly.
