Were investigated the parameters of apoptosis of immune cells, the cell subpopulation composition and frequency of TCR-mutant lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of persons exposed to radiation. Increased number of peripheral mFasL-positive mononuclear cells and the accumulation of TCR-mutant T lymphocytes in a wide range of doses were found in the patients.
