We used differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) as a technique capable of identifying photosynthetic complexes on the basis of their calorimetric transitions. Annotation of thermal transitions was carried out with thylakoid membranes isolated from various photosynthetic mutants of Synechocystis sp. PCC6803.
