We reviewed the frequency and distribution of disomy in spermatozoa obtained by multicolor-FISH analysis on decondensed sperm nuclei in (a) healthy men, (b) fathers of aneuploid offspring of paternal origin and (c) individuals with Klinefelter syndrome and XYY males.
