A 4-day-old boy presented with tight, translucent skin, prominent vessels, skin erosions, and dysmorphic findings, including hypertelorism, antimongoloid axis, sparse eyelashes and eyebrows, pinched nose, natal teeth, microretrognathia, and an "o-shaped" mouth.
