Partial trisomy 13q is an uncommon chromosomal abnormality with variable phenotypic expression. We report prenatal diagnosis of partial trisomy 13q in a fetus with partial agenesis of the cerebellar vermis, partial agenesis of the corpus callosum, hydrops and polyhydramnios.
