The complete nucleic acid sequence of the Penaeus monodon densovirus (PmDNV) from India was characterized. Analysis of the whole genome, consisting of 6310 bp revealed the presence of three open reading frames (ORFs), comprising 1281 bp, 1734 bp and 2460 bp, respectively.
