Epidermolytic hyperkeratosis is a rare autosomal dominant genodermatosis that presents at birth as generalised erythema, blisters and erosions. In subsequent periods, erythema and blistering improves but patients go on to develop hyperkeratosis scalingthat is especially prominent along joint flexures, neck, hands and feet.
