DNAs of Theileria parva parva, T. p. lawrencei, T. p. bovis and Theileria mutans stocks, from Kenya, Uganda, Zanzibar and Zimbabwe were digested with either SfiI or NotI and analysed using contour-clamped homogeneous electric field (CHEF) and field-inversion gel electrophoresis (FIGE).
