The prevalence of non-classic adrenal hyperplasia (NCAH) among Turkish women with hirsutism has not been established so far. Thus, we aimed to evaluate the prevalence of 21-hydroxylase (21-OH) deficiency by ACTH stimulation test among hirsute women.
