Isolated non-compaction of the ventricular myocardium (INCVM) is a relatively newly defined clinicopathologic entity. INCVM is clinically accompanied by depressed ventricular function, arrhythmias, and systemic embolization. We report two cases of INCVM with long QT syndrome (LQTS).
