Here we investigate the expression of OCT4 human lung adenocarcinoma and bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC) tumor biopsies and tumor-derived primary cell cultures. OCT4 has been detected in several human tumors suggesting a potentially critical role in tumorigenesis.
