In this study, oilseed rape (Brassica napus) was exploited in remediation of Cd-contaminated soil in combination of Trichodermakoningii. To improve its phytoextracting efficiency, restriction enzyme-mediated integration was used to construct Trichoderma mutants with higher Cd resistance.
