We report an atypical neurophysiologic pattern of isolated vitamin E deficiency in a 13-year-old boy. Electroneurography- electromyography, somatosensory evoked potentials, serum vitamin E concentration and genetic analysis of the alpha-tocopherol transfer protein gene were performed.
