OBJECTIVES: To determine fetal features, which could lead to the diagnosis of Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) during pregnancy. METHODS: We analyze the ultrasound features, genetic studies and pathologic findings in two cases of PWS diagnosed during pregnancy.
