A novel Gram-negative, rod-shaped, gliding bacterial strain designated LL04 12.1.7T was isolated from diseased sole (Solea senegalensis Kaup) in Galicia, Spain. Colonies were yellow-pigmented with uneven edges and did not adhere to the agar.
