A total of 49 isolates of Campylobacter lari from human, poultry, ducks, pigs, and water were genetically characterized. The species were identified by biotyping and multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Automatic riboprints were performed with the PstI restriction enzyme and RiboPrinter.
