OBJECTIVE: To identify 8 medicinal species of Selaginella with method of molecular marker and to explore their genetic relationship. METHODS: 8 primers were selected from 60 random primers to amplify the total DNA extracts of 17 samples with RAPD method and then the amplified were analyzed.
