We report on a 6-month-old child presenting with chronic diarrhea, failure to thrive, eczema, autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA), insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM), hypoalbuminemia, and proteinuria. Renal biopsy showed membranous glomerulonephritis.
