Abstract excerpt
Maternal age, history of miscarriage and family history relating to early pregnancy losses, are important risk factors for the development of new miscarriages. These factors may be considered in offering chromosome analysis to couples with > 3 miscarriages. Selective chromosome analysis would result in a more efficient care. However, the way to implement selective chromosome analysis remains a subject for debate.
