OBJECTIVE: To document the prevalence of neurologic disease in Niemann-Pick disease (NPD) NPD-B. STUDY DESIGN: Sixty-four patients with NPD-B had detailed neurologic and ophthalmologic evaluations. The presence of neurologic abnormalities was compared with genotype.
