BACKGROUND: XY gonadal dysgenesis is characterized by streak gonads in phenotypic females without somatic abnormalities. This case demonstrated a hypoplastic uterus, an unlikely finding for the syndrome, suggesting insufficient function of antimüllerian hormone prenatally.
