Data from 3,200 Holstein cows from 3 commercial dairy farms in Germany were used to estimate heritabilities and breeding values for liability to udder diseases (UD), fertility diseases (FD), metabolic diseases (MD), and claw and leg diseases (CLD) using single-trait threshold sire models.
