Ring chromosome 20 is a rare chromosome disorder characterized by a typical seizure phenotype consisting of complex partial seizures, frequent progression to generalized tonic or tonic-clonic seizures, and nocturnal frontal lobe seizures with frequent episodes of non-convulsive status epilepticus.
