Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis of the swine 21-hydroxylase (CYP21) region was conducted on 31 unrelated SLA class I typed pigs, mainly Large Whites, including 15 haplotypes. Ten haplotypes were from SLA genotypic homozygotes and five were from SLA class I phenotypic homozygotes.
