Ureaplasma diversum has been associated with reproductive disorders in cattle and in the present study genotypic variations among U. diversum isolates obtained from the vaginal mucus of healthy cattle and sick animals were analyzed by enzymatic digestion and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE).
