An electrophoretic karyotype of Trichoderma longibrachiatum (reesei) was obtained using contour-clamped homogeneous electric field (CHEF) gel electrophoresis. Seven chromosomal DNA bands were separated in the wild-type T. longibrachiatum strain QM6a.
