A population genetic analysis was conducted on 47 Aedes aegypti collections from Cambodia. Genetic differentiation at seven polymorphic isoenzyme loci was analysed by starch gel electrophoresis. Low (F(ST)=0.024) but significant (P<10(-6)) differentiation was found when all samples were considered. Whatever the grouping of samples tested, differentiation remained significant but low.
