OBJECTIVE: To identify gene mutations of a pedigree with inherited factor V (FV) deficiency. METHODS: The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), FV activity (FV:C) and FV antigen (FV:Ag) tests were performed for phenotypic diagnosis.
