Amplified fragment length polymorphisms (AFLPs) and microsatellite markers were used to examine genetic variation and divergence in 4 selected strains (DBH, NEH, FMF, and CTS) and 1 wild population (DBW) of the eastern oyster Crassostrea virginica Gmelin.
