Ancient demographic events can be inferred from the distribution of biallelic polymorphisms of NRY. In our study, six Y-biallelic markers were screened in 326 Y-chromosomes from five Chinese populations: Manchu, Fujian Han, Kazak, Bouyei and Sichuan Han.
