Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of melanocyte stimulating hormone receptor (MSHR) gene was studied by sequencing and denaturing high performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) in Mongolian sheep, Kazakstan sheep, Tan sheep and Tibetan sheep.
