The genetic differentiation and phylogeographical pattern of 11 relictual populations of Alsophila spinulosa distributed across Hainan, Guangdong, and Guangxi in southern China were inferred from sequence variations of trnL-F noncoding regions of chloroplast DNA (cpDNA).
