Two men aged 47 and 56 and one woman aged 21 presented at our cardiology department with presyncope, heart failure and exercise induced palpitations, respectively. Using the criteria of McKenna et al., a diagnosis of arrhythmogenic right-ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) was made.
